A specialized solution for large-scale construction, redevelopment, and adaptive reuse projects where financing is based on the property’s future stabilized value, not just current cost. Qualified projects may access up to approximately 80% of stabilized value, and in select cases up to 100% of construction costs, through a structured interest-only facility (typically 2–3 years).
An upfront escrow deposit (typically 8% of construction costs) is required to initiate underwriting. This deposit is held with a third-party escrow agent and is credited back at closing (not a fee).
